When buying a cigar, you must think about a couple of different things. Unlike the traditional cigars, the cigars in the market today come in various flavors and tastes. How you settle for your signature brand is substantially determined by your taste buds and preference but even so, keep in mind that the overall flavor is mainly influenced by the smoothness, texture, fullness and intensity of the smoke.

When buying a cigar, judge it by its cover and, in this case, we are talking about the wrapper. The wrapper should be flawless, shiny, and without gaps or tears. Also, a good cigar should feel consistently firm without any divot, an indication it’s well filled with tobacco. If the cigar on your hands fulfills those as mentioned earlier, go ahead and smoke it, you only know it’s the brand for you when you taste it!
