Do you have a walk-in Humidor?
Yes, we have a walk-in humidor kept at an optimal atmosphere, with the temperature right around 70 degrees.
How do you know your cigars are well humidified?
A well-humidified cigar has a natural oily sheen and just a small amount of give when you lightly squeeze it.
What gauge of cigars do you carry?
We carry a large selection of gauges within each cigar brand.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you carry or sell Cuban cigars?
No. Cuban cigars cannot be sold in the United States because of the U.S. trade embargo on Cuba, put in place by President John F. Kennedy in February 1962. Our tobacconists are happy to help you find a cigar from our humidor that suits your taste.
Do you accept returns?
To ensure the quality and safe smoking experience of our cigars, we do not allow returns.
Do you sell cigarettes?
Cutters does not sell cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, pipe tobacco or vape-related products.
How old do you have to be to buy and enjoy a Cutters experience?
You must be 21 or older with a valid ID to buy tobacco products at Cutters.
