A Note to Our Customers on the Cutters Experience and the Mobile Rewards/Loyalty Program

As current customers of Cutters Cigar & Spirits may have noticed, there’s been a noticeable uptick in the amount of communication we’ve been sending out via email, social media, and text messages since we moved to our new location. It’s just one part of the million dollars we’ve spent in upgrades to Cutters, all designed to improve the customer experience at the new location!

In addition to featuring more cigars at competitive prices, more nighttime entertainment, an incredible bar, and a super-friendly and knowledgeable staff, we’ve decided to phase out the mobile app that’s been hosting our existing customer loyalty/rewards program, effective July 31. We will no longer redeem reward purchases after that date.

We believe that making this change to the rewards/loyalty program will give us even more flexibility to offer our customers an even greater cigar and entertainment experience than we have in the past!

It goes without saying – but we’ll say it anyway – that we value your continued “loyalty” to Cutters and we’ll always “reward” you with the best cigar smoking experience you’ll find anywhere!
