Dear Vip Members,

Javier and I wanted to take a couple of minutes of your time and update you on the last three months.

Our accomplishments with your help:

• All 6 smoke filter units have been replaced with two of the three filters needed.
  We are expecting the charcoal filters ordered in late November to be delivered by the end of February.
• The Patio canopy has been replaced and potential leak areas calked
• A new 65″ TV has been installed.  While we had bought and intended to install 2 of them, the outside wall would not take the weight.
• Our first annual brunch for VIP members took place December 10
• New Bar Menu with seasonal cocktail drinks for both our male and female members and customers
• Bought new comfy lounge chairs and restructured the lay-out.
• This is work in progress and we will be re-evaluating the number of chairs in the lounge in mid-February.
• I hope you can see and most importantly feel that our customer service from the bar and humidor staff has slowly started to change to a lounge vs. a bar approach.  “we come to you”
• We have much more to do for sure and we here you.
• New digital media caddies with chargers installed and plastic tents removed
  Revamped our humidor and bar selection to align with your and our customers’ preferences
• Higher attention to consistent cleanliness and pick of ashtrays
