Introducing the Monolito Dominicana Toro!

by | May 17, 2016

Russ Sutton, the man behind building Cutters Cigar Emporium into Atlanta’s best cigar lounge, can now tout that he’s also the visionary behind the highly rated – and exclusive  –  Monolito Dominicana Toro!

Recently, Cigar Coop reviewed the Monolito Dominicana Toro and gave it a 91 rating! For a limited time, when you buy 3, you’ll get 1 free! And the news about this outstanding cigar gets even better! Cigar enthusiasts attending the upcoming Southern Cigar Festival (hosted by Cutters at its Alpharetta location, June 2 through 5) can buy the complete line of Monolito Domincanas (Perfecto, Robusto, Toro, Gordo and Churchill) at great prices!

Sutton says he was always being asked by friends and business associates to give out cigars, so he decided to create a cigar that was reflective of his successful hotel renovation company, Monolith. And after several years of searching for the right tobacco blends, the Monolito Domicanana was born. Sutton says the stick has a flavor that is “bigger and more grandoise than most” other cigars that retail for much, much more!

The cigar is made at the Tabacalera Leyendas Cubanas factory in the Dominican Republic. The Leyandas Cubanas factory is probably familiar to cigar enthusiasts, as it produces cigars for Recluse Cigar Company.

The cigar features an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper, a Sumatran binder and vintage Dominican filler and is rolled in the classic Entubado style. All combined, the Monolito Domicanana’s flavor profile is a wonderful mix of wood and caramel, with notes of black pepper!
